The main thrust in our company is training. Our instructors are Fluid Power Society Certified as Specialists

We have experience with all major Fluid Power Manufacturing companies. Are training programs are typically tailored to the needs of the individual customer, and not generic in nature (NOT one training fits all), with the exception of the Fluid power Society Certification reviews.

The International Fluid Power Society is a non-profit, member-supported association for fluid power and motion control professionals. The Societys services include education and certifications for fluid power and motion control professionals. Certification demonstrates an individuals commitment to his profession while reflecting his or her achievement in their Fluid Power field of expertise. The certifications benefit the employer by having employees who perform proper maintenance and decrease potential liabilities due to mis-application and poor design of Fluid Power Systems.

Certification enhances a profession's image while establishing a minimal level of expertise. Certification sets an individual apart as a leader in their chosen field while establishing a set of standards and requirements for their particular Fluid Power Certification level.

Doc's Hydraulic-Pneumatic Training offers fluid power review sessions. This will enable your students to be better prepared for the Certification exams. We can help in scheduling the exam with  one of their Certified Instructors who can perform the hands-on test as a proctor.

After the review, we cannot guarantee that they will pass the test but we can guarantee they will have a better understanding of the manuals, the subject and thus be more confident before taking the test. We offer reviews for the following disciplines:

Hydraulic or Pneumatic Specialist

Industrial or Mobile Mechanic

Pneumatic or Hydraulic Technician

We offer a two and a half day Fluid Power Society Certification review and proctoring. This hands-on schedule ends with a test on the last day. For additional information information you can contact Darryl Powell. We also encourage you to look at the IFPS web site for further information.

Certification Test Fees
